As President of the company, Henry Gonzales is responsible for the day-to-day management decisions for the company including operations and formulating short-term and long-term goals. He oversees facility maintenance, pre-construction, estimating, project management, field management, and construction. During his 40-year career in construction, Henry strongly believes in allocating the highest quality work to every single client and treating every customer like family. He is active in each and every project, and his strong leadership and management skills have been key factors in the company’s continued success. Henry over the years has earned a reputation for fairness with owners, architects and subcontractors as well as high standards of professional quality and personal integrity. Henry holds a Texas department of licensing & regulations Master Electrician/Electrical Contractors license and a Texas Construction Commission registered builder license. In addition, Henry is actively involved in many business and community organizations. Henry loves team roping, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends at their ranch in Menard, Tx.
Garner Gonzales, MBA – Vice President
As Vice President of the company, Garner plays a central role in the overall management of Gonzales Contractors, LLC. He oversees and is responsible for the day-to-day management decisions for the company, including financials, estimating, pre-construction planning, project management, public relations, business development, and construction. Garner actively assists President Henry Gonzales with company operations, opportunities for expansion, and outlook of future company growth. He is active in each and every project, and his strong leadership, superintendence, and management skills have been key factors in the company’s continued success and growth. Garner earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas Permian Basin and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Garner also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University, and a Texas Construction Commission registered builder license. In addition, Garner is actively involved in many business and community organizations. Garner loves hunting, fishing, team roping, Texas Tech football, and spending time with family and friends at their ranch in Menard, Tx.
Tricia Horton – Accountant / Office Administrator
Tricia has over 40 years of experience in accounting, ranging from bookkeeping, audit, payroll, state/federal taxation, and business/office administration. She attended Amarillo College and West Texas A&M working on a degree in business administration. In addition, she has dedicated most of her adult life to volunteering with several non-profit organizations, including Meals on Wheels and United Methodist Women as a NWTX conference officer for 6 years. Helping to build up those in need helps to build our communities. Tricia loves spending time with family and her biggest hobbies are Texas Tech football, camping and quilting.
